CPCA Expects CN Sep NEV Retail Sales 1.25M Units w/ Penetration Rate 58.1%

According to preliminary estimates made by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), the narrowly defined passenger vehicle (PV) market is expected to retail 2.15 million vehicles in September, up 6.5% MoM or 2% YoY.
Specifically, new energy vehicles (NEVs) retail sales are projected to reach around 1.25 million units, with a penetration rate of 58.1%.
